I've been waiting since December 28.12.2018, for a not inconsiderable amount of winnings.
All my emails are ignored and the support is really not helpful at all.
The VIP manager only takes care of advertising emails but not finding a solution.
Unfortunately not recommended, even if the games in this casino are great.
