I Hope someone can help me.
I deposited €150 and got €600 relatively quickly… I paid out €400 and then gambled away the remaining €200! Now it says that the payout does not go through because the rollover is not sufficient. In the live chat I was told that I have to wager the deposit 5x before I can withdraw...! Is that normal?

yes, that's unfortunately normal, I think 5x turnover is also exaggerated, in general it's only 1x in most casinos.
