did you play with a bonus, is it your first payout and are you verified? In general, I can tell you that if none of this applies, you will get your money. Unfortunately, we have already had a few users here who sometimes have to wait up to 12 weeks for their payout. There's not much you can do but wait, keep annoying the support and when your money comes, look for another casino. We also believe that the waiting times are unreasonable.

many thanks for your response. I always play there with bonus. Had a payout before, but I hadn't paid in 200 euros and was then only supposed to get 250 euros paid out, which I then gambled away again. I played the bonus, i.e. the wager, down to zero. That's crazy... Yes unfortunately I've already read a bit negative about the casino. But you read about others too.

Yes you can't even ask, can you?

I once asked for you, but since there seems to be a different management, I only get superficial answers. As Susana has already mentioned, payouts have been extremely delayed in the last few months. Why that is, I could only guess. But if you didn't breach any bonus terms and conditions, you'll get your money too, but be prepared for a long wait.

One could only guess here at the moment, because we now have some candidates here who are waiting for their money between 24 hours and 8 months. Of course, players don't report here either, where everything is running normally. So keep holding on, annoy support and don't gamble away!

I've been waiting for my payout of 6.2 euros since February 4000 euros and I always get the same answers.

I have already paid out there several times, including 5000 euros, but it has never taken that long.

Well maybe it will come before Christmas.
