I've already done everything (IP address) sent.

But further country lock! I requested the payout 14 days ago!

Was also confirmed by ARES-Casino by mail.

Then emails come from support, request the payment, well how if it's the country block?? are !

I'm just trying  with kind help from hereto get my win!

your account got banned for verification and you sent all your docs etc. Then your account was released again and your payout was processed. The casino then informed me that there were problems with the system recognition and your account was blocked again to clarify this.
Then I told you a few days ago that you would like to send us an up-to-date screen of the country block and the casino also sent you this information. Your IP might be dynamic, hence the new screen to reopen your account.
But if you answer me that you have already done all this, talk about making a chargeback from your credit card in other forums and also don't really help in any other way, how am I supposed to help you anymore.

All of this would have been done long ago if you had sent the picture with your IP, your account had been reopened and your payout had gone out.

There can always be circumstances where things don't always go the same way. Ares Casino is very new on the market and unfortunately there were some technical difficulties that could be solved.

I'm not impressed by the new online casino either, agree, all games. just keep spinning the reels. you have no control over the game.

Thanks for the tip, according to our latest update, the casino's servers have been adjusted for better performance. I'll be happy to pass it on to the casino though.

I would like to know how you found out that Ares Casino has all the licenses especially for the Novomatic/Novoline games and also NetEnt? My research so far has not revealed that Ares Casino is licensed at all. Should Ares Casino hold a license from Curacao, as claimed, for which there is no proof, let alone a license number - then at least the Novoline games would not be licensed in this case.
I would appreciate a clarifying answer.
Where it says Novoline, it doesn't mean it's Novoline... 😉
